YOUTH WORKER

37 hours per week

The Strategy is a dynamic, forward thinking community led voluntary organisation based in Bryncynon, in the Lower Cynon Valley.  For over a decade, we have been delivering services and activities within the community, with our Youth Programme being one of our major drivers and deliverers of excellence.

We are looking to appoint a youth worker to join our existing team and help build upon our success.  You should be flexible and enthusiastic with a zest for life, a sense of fun and above all a commitment to young people. Ideally you should possess a relevant youth work qualification, and have at least 2 years experience of working with young people.
