Café is at the heart of the Strategy building at Matthewstown,
it is a much valued community café offering traditional breakfasts,
lunches, sandwiches and baguettes, and a daily lunch special; fruit,
salad and healthy options are always available from our helpful
and friendly staff. The café is adjoined by our community
drop-in service and now has the benefit of a small children's play
area for the convenience of customers and visitors.
Nibbles provides an extensive range of nutritious, reasonably priced
meals and snacks. The café also provides take away meals,
a buffet service which can be ordered in advance and delivered.
In conjunction with our Healthy Living programme we are also promoting
a FRESH AND FRUITY BUFFET SERVICE in May 2004 with very competitive
prices.
The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming so why not
come along and give us a try, or simply phone in your order.

1 full portion includes:
- 1 large vol-au vent tuna or egg mayo
- ½ egg dish
- carrot/cucumber dip
- 4 half sandwiches, tuna, cheese
- crisps

- ½ sausage on a stick
- 1 portion of fruit
- cheese on a stick
Buffet Ordering
The above buffet portions and prices can be adjusted according
to your specific needs
We can deliver in the Cynon Valley/ Rhondda Fach & Pontypridd
areas for £10, anywhere else in RCT for £15, and anywhere
in South East Wales for £20 subject to agreement. Minimum
order for delivery is £50.
